THE ROUTE / PLAN YOUR WALK
The official track on the map, with its terrain profile.
Dirt and rocky paths, a winding climb and a road section on the D75. The short distance does not mean flat terrain.
The complete loop · sourced track
Geometry: Office du Golfe. IGN RGE ALTI · Elevations calculated from terrain data, not a GPS recording. Documented track, without a LE GOLFE field check. Markers do not guarantee parking.
Profile distance is calculated from the source geometry and may differ slightly from the published distance. The profile does not confirm current trail conditions.
Download the guidebook and locate authorised parking.
Use yellow waymarks and the source directions.
Leave time for the return and road sections.

FIND YOUR RHYTHM
01
The listed start is the tourist office at Chapelle Saint-Jean. The GPX begins nearby. Arrange parking in the village before following Chemin de l’Adrech.
02
The guidebook enters woodland, then follows a winding path to the ridge. The windmill, restored in 2024, is the outing’s main landmark.
03
The loop returns via the Deux Moulins and Défend area. The directions include around 30 metres on the D75: watch for traffic.
BEYOND THE FIRST LOOK
The office lists 3 km and 1 h; its GPX measures around 2.58 km. The difference is disclosed without artificially extending the track. Add time for your windmill stop.
