How it works.
A guide and listings
LE GOLFE offers a local guide and lets advertisers present their homes. Listing text, photos, prices and availability are supplied by advertisers and must be checked with them. Publication is not a certification of the home or an availability guarantee.
Contacting the owner
You may send an enquiry from a listing. This message does not book the home. Signed-in guests may also view details the owner expressly chooses to share and contact them directly. Signing up does not authorize commercial prospecting.
Your rental contract
The owner or their representative and the guest arrange the price, fees, dates, contract, payments, deposit and cancellations directly. LE GOLFE does not collect rent or deposits and does not confirm bookings during the pilot. Request a written contract and verify your contact’s identity before paying.
The pilot
The first 100 homes published receive free publication during the pilot. Each home counts once; deleting it does not release another place. Existing published homes are included. If paid services are introduced, their terms will be offered separately: no automatic billing and no payment required to retain your account. Advertisers may remove their listing. Free publication applies during the pilot and is not a lifetime promise.
Advertiser commitments
Only advertise a home you are authorized to offer. Hold the necessary photo and text rights, check the details and comply with the rules applying to the rental, including local formalities. Choose which details signed-in guests may view; withdraw that choice in My listings.
Ranking and enquiries
Homes are ranked by their stated distance from Saint-Tropez when provided. Filters use declared characteristics. Free publication does not guarantee enquiries, bookings or income. Examples identified as such are not available rental homes.
A problem with a listing
Contact the advertiser first to check details or address a rental dispute. You may also report content to LE GOLFE using the link below when available. This page describes the service; it does not remove user rights or LE GOLFE’s own obligations.
