The venue traces its story to 1955 and the filming of ‘And God Created Woman’, when the spot became an improvised canteen for the crew. Over time it became one of the addresses that helped shape Pampelonne's international mythology.

For the 2026 season, the tourism office lists opening from 27 March to 1 November, daily from 10am to 5pm. Private parking, valet parking and a boat shuttle from moorings are among the listed services. Always reconfirm when booking.

For the classic Pampelonne day — not a hidden secret.
Club 55 makes sense if you want an iconic experience, a large table with friends, a boat arrival or a very 'Golfe' first day. If you want a small confidential address or budget lunch, there are better matches.
